The room was suddenly quiet. Silent. Without a cue, without command, meeting participants keep seriously listening. Whereas, a few minutes earlier, the room was full of jokes and laughs. Well, at the time, approach dzuhur (time of pray), head of BPPNFI Regional V Makassar, Muhammad Hasbi S.Sos., M.Pd., was answering questions related to work plan mentioned by all units and divisions of BPPNFI Regional V Makassar.

On the third day of plenary meeting of BPPNFI Regional V Makassar, the participants looked so enthusiastic in questioning policies and delivering advices. Even there were indirectly related questions, but some of them thought that it remained relevant to the topic.

“I just want to remind you our parents’ messages. If we keep the message and advice, God will, we can work well in performing our respective duties,” said Muhammad Hasbi, on Wednesday (1/2).

The parents’ messages that Muhammad Hasbi meant are performance improvements in BPPNFI Regional V Makassar including a notice of duties, functions, competences, and equitability. If all the employees understand the given duties and functions as the man of the country, the duties and responsibilities will be properly done. Furthermore, it will be better, if they have competence in the field of the responsibility.

Muhammad Hasbi also stressed the importance of sharing and mutual understanding among fellow employees of BPPNFI Regional V Makassar including fostering a sense of brotherhood and building togetherness among fellow employees.

Related to interdivisions and units program synergy, Muhammad Hasbi found this as a very positive desire and need to be responded together. The important thing is to increase coordination between all divisions so the program can run well. Muhammad Hasbi also advised all task force to complete the duties, in particular the report of work partners in 2011 that has not been finalized. Furthermore, he strongly notified to ensure that everything agrees with the standard since a new program should run immediately. “Analyze all the third-party reports and immediately return them as they’re not appropriate,” Muhammad Hasbi advised.
